The Legacy Experience

Foundations (Year 1)
Focus: Identity, Scripture, Inner Healing, Spiritual Formation
Year One is designed to build the spiritual and biblical foundation every ministry leader needs. Students will deepen their relationship with God, develop a strong understanding of Scripture, experience personal healing and transformation, and establish the character necessary for lifelong ministry. Through courses in biblical studies, theology, spiritual formation, and identity in Christ, students will be equipped to lead from a place of intimacy with God, emotional health, and biblical truth. This foundational year prepares students not only to serve effectively but to become mature disciples whose lives reflect the character of Christ.
Outcome: Students complete Year One spiritually grounded, biblically equipped, emotionally healthy, and prepared to move into leadership development and practical ministry.

Upon Completion:
Certificate in Biblical Foundations
Development (Year 2)
Focus: Leadership,Ministry Skills ,Activation, Multiplication
Year Two is designed to move students from formation to function. Building on the spiritual and biblical foundation established in Year One, students will develop the leadership skills, ministry competencies, and practical experience necessary to serve effectively in the local church and beyond. Through advanced instruction in leadership, preaching, pastoral care, spiritual gifts, church systems, missions, and ministry practicum, students will discover how to lead with wisdom, serve with excellence, and multiply their influence for the Kingdom of God.
Students will be challenged to apply what they have learned in real ministry settings, gaining hands-on experience while serving under the guidance of experienced leaders. By the end of the program, graduates will be equipped to lead teams, disciple others, communicate God's Word, care for people, and fulfill their unique calling with confidence, humility, and biblical integrity.
Outcome: Students complete Year Two as spiritually mature, ministry-ready leaders who are equipped to lead, disciple, and impact their communities while advancing the mission of the Church.

Ministry Cohorts (Optional Year 3)

Year 3 is the final phase of the Legacy School of Ministry, designed to help graduates grow in their unique calling through specialized mentorship and hands-on ministry experience. Students are placed into a ministry cohort based on their spiritual gifts and calling, where they receive monthly coaching, biblical instruction, leadership development, and practical ministry opportunities from experienced five-fold leaders.
Built on the biblical model of discipleship, the Ministry Cohorts emphasize relationship, accountability, and real-world ministry. As students continue serving in their local church, they are equipped to strengthen their gifting, lead with confidence, and develop a lifelong foundation for effective Kingdom leadership.
Outcome: Graduates leave with specialized ministry training, meaningful mentoring relationships, practical leadership experience, and the confidence to faithfully serve and lead in their God-given calling.
